1、 电动执行器设计 摘要 电动执行器被广泛应用于各种工业自动化过程的控制环节,能够精确地实现远 程控制。主要由伺服放大器和执行器两大部分组成。电动执行器接受调节器来的 4-20mA 的直流信号,将其线性地转换成机构转角或直线位置位移,用以操作风门、 挡板、阀门等调节机构,以实现自动调节。本设计的重点是设计电动执行器的控 制部分。控制部分主要由单片机和可控硅组成。其中单片机选用 AT89C2051, AT89C2051 单片机是 51 系列单片机的一个成员,是 8051 单片机的简化版。AT89C2051 构成的单片机系统是具有结构最简单、造价最低廉、效率最高的微控制系统,省去了外 部的 RAM、
