1、 本科生毕业设计说明书(毕业论文) 题 目:基于 PLC 的火电厂锅炉控制 系统设计 II 基于基于 PLC 的火电厂锅炉控制系统的火电厂锅炉控制系统设计设计 摘摘 要要 火电厂锅炉是工业生产过程的必要动力设备,锅炉系统安全、稳定、高效运行是火 电厂的重要任务。锅炉存在热效率低,燃煤质量不稳定,排烟温度高等问题,利用 PLC 对锅炉进行过程控制是火电厂锅炉控制领域的重要研究内容。 本设计通过对炉膛温度、炉膛压力、汽包液位及过热器温度的分析,以 PLC 为控 制器、采用 PID 算法、运用 STEP7Micro/WIN 进行梯形图编程,分别设计了炉膛温度 串级控制方案、流量比值控制方案,炉压前馈
2、反馈控制方案,汽包水位三冲量控制方 案和过热器串级控制方案, 实现了对各个控制系统的自动控制。 最后利用人机交互界面, 实现了密码登陆,画面动态显示,数据报表的预览、打印、保存、刷新和调入查询,曲 线的更新,画面报警等功能,可达到锅炉控制系统安全、稳定、高效运行。 关键词:关键词:锅炉;PLC;组态王 III The Boiler Control System of Thermal Power Plant Based on PLC Abstract The boiler of thermal power plant is the necessary power equipment during

Through the analysis of the furnace temperature, furnace pressure, drum level and superheater temperature, the design takes PLC as controller, and uses PID algorithm, completes programming through STEP7 - Micro/WIN ladder diagram. the temperature cascade control sc
5、heme, the pressure feedforwardfeedback control scheme and the ratio control scheme of the furnace are designed , three impulses control scheme of the drum level and cascade control scheme of superheater are designed too, finally each control system can be run automatically . 6、e is designed using the King view software, finally using a password to land is achieved, screen can show ceaselessly, data report preview, print, save, refresh and transferred to the query is completed ,the curve and alarm screen etc can be updated timely.
