1、 1 30003000 升开式搪玻璃反应釜的设计升开式搪玻璃反应釜的设计 摘要摘要:搪玻璃设备具有质量好、耐腐蚀等优点,对资源的节约、我国经济发展和 石油工业的发展起着巨大的作用。设计一台操作容积为 3000L 的搪玻璃反应釜, 全容积为 3715L。按照 GB150-1998钢制压力容器,HG2432-2001搪玻璃设 备技术条件 ,HG/T2371-2003搪玻璃开式搅拌容器进行设计、制造、检验和 验收。 容器圆筒的材料为 Q235B,工作压力为 0.4MPa,工作温度为 0 200; 夹套材料为 Q235B,工作压力为 0.6MPa,工作温度为 0 200。此次设计主要 进行了搪玻璃反应
