2、先富裕起来的人群，开始将空调作为日常的家居用品使用。随后，全国各大中城市的 空调普及率大幅提升，而在长三角、珠三角等经济发达地区，许多乡镇居民的空调消费量 也在呈现逐年增长的势头。 随后，国内居民家庭中的空调普及率稳步提升，2003 年全国 30 个城市居民家庭中空 调的保有率达到了 55.9%，和 1998 年相比，增长了 15 个百分点。上海、北京、广州等超 大规模城市居民的空调每百户拥有率已经达 108%以上。 随着空调业的发展中央空调控制器转盘等这类空调的配套精密零件的制造成为我国 现代空调业的一个重要组成部分。这些零件大部分需要用通过精密的模具来制造。 由于种种历史原因，我国模具工业
3、与当前工业发展还不很适应。无论是在设计制造技 术和生产能力方面，还是在管理水平方面，模具工业均远远不能满足需求，它严重影响工 业产品的品种、质量和生产周期，削弱了其在国际市场上的竞争能力。近年来，我国模具 进口幅度呈大幅下降之势，并有超亿元出口额。大型、复杂、精密、高效和长寿命模具也 逐年上新的台阶，体现高水平制造技术的级进模也越来越多，冲压自动线、自动冲技术也 得到广泛应用。我国模具行业的技术迅速提高，模具国产化已经取得十分可喜的成绩，这 将对我国在国际市场的竞争能力和综合国力的提高起到有力的促进作用。 关键词：转盘 空调 级进模 Central air conditioning tempe
