1、 1 I 年产量 240 万吨冷轧带钢车间设计 摘 要 由于冷轧薄板具有很高的尺寸精度，表面质量和优良的综合性能，因此得到 了越来越广泛的应用，成为国民经济中各生产建设领域所必须的材料，尤其是在 家电板和汽车板的应用。本文结合鞍钢冷轧薄板厂的相关资料，同时参考了多家 现代冷轧厂的资料，设计了年产 240 万吨 1700 冷轧车间。设计内容包括选择轧 钢机形式、确定布置形式、根据典型品种（厚度为 0.8mm）进行压下规程设计和 有关计算（轧制力参数计算、轧辊强度校核和电机生产能力校核等） 。主设备采 用了酸轧联合机组，退火炉选择连续退火炉。本设计力图设计出能生产高档家电 板和汽车板的冷轧薄板厂，
