1、 I 冷轧车间设计冷轧车间设计 摘要摘要 本设计是冷轧带钢的工艺及车间设计, 年产量为 130 万吨, 其典型产品钢种为 Q235, 规格为 0.81500mm。设计中所选的主体机组设备为最新发展的冷轧板带轧制设备,它 们分别是:酸轧联合机组、罩式退火机组、平整机组、横剪和纵剪机组、重卷机组等。 设计中所生产的冷轧产品种类有:冷轧带钢板卷、冷轧薄钢板、热镀锌钢卷板等。设计 中制定了产品方案、金属平衡表和工艺流程,根据典型产品制定了轧制制度,选择了设 备并对其进行校核,计算了技术经济指标,并绘制了车间平面图。编写了轧制力计算的 计算机应用程序,并且以“冷轧板表面纵向条纹缺陷成因分析”为专题进行了

The typical product is 45# steel, 0.8 1500 mm. The main equipments of the design are the latest ones in cold-strip rolling
3、, which included: shallow-tank hydrochloric acid pickling unit, the entire continuous annealing unit and the entire hydrogen hood-type furnace, skin-pass unit, slitting and shearing line and so on. The designed products included the cold rolled steel sheet, the cold-rolled wide flat steel coil, the
4、cold-rolled ribbon steel coil so on. The design made the products scheme and the metal balance, designed the rolling schedule for the typical product, checked the rolling mills production capacity, calculated the technical and economic indexes.
