1、 1 摘要 随着煤矿生产技术水平的快速发展,煤矿生产能力大大提高,但是随着开采深度的 增加矿井瓦斯涌出量也大大增加,矿井瓦斯已成为制约煤矿安全生产的“头号大敌” 。一 XX 瓦斯赋存情况复杂,涌出量较大,仅靠通风方法难以解决瓦斯超限问题,因而对矿井 进行瓦斯抽采势在必行。 本文介绍了矿井的基本概况,对矿井瓦斯抽放的必要性与可行性进行了分析;运用 分源预测法计算矿井瓦斯涌出量,并分析了不同的瓦斯抽放方法,设计了矿井的瓦斯抽 放工艺;通过对井下环境的分析和抽采管径的计算,确定了抽采管路系统的相关参数; 在计算抽放系统的管道阻力和瓦斯泵的流量与压力的基础上, 选择了合适的瓦斯泵型号。 本文对 XX

4、roduced, and the feasibility and necessity of mine gas drainage are analysised too;Gas emission is calculated using the Separate source method, and the mine gas drainage technology is designed with analysising the different gas drainage method; through the analysis of the underground environment and
5、 the Calculation of pumping, parameters of drainage pipeline system is determined. based on the resistance of drainage pipe and the gas pumps flow parameters, the suitable model of the gas pump is selected in the paper. The gas drainage design of XX coal mine can reduce the mine gas emission during
