1、毕业设计(论文)用纸 - I - 摘摘 要要 废水处理厂设计规模 3000m3/d,设计水质水量为:Q=3000m3/d , CODcr=18003000mg/L, PH=7.510,SS=7001000 /l ,BOD=8001200 /l,色度200400 倍。经处理后,应达到下列出水水质:COD300mg/L,色度 80倍,SS150mg/L, BOD达100 mg/L,即达到污水综合排放标准 (GB8978-1996)中制革行业的二级标准。 本工程方案设计依据有关环境保护在污水中的要求,采用混凝沉淀接触氧 化工艺处理制革废水,在详细方案比较的基础上,选择了如下处理工艺流程: 经设计可知
2、 COD 的去除率为 93.6%, SS 的去除率为 90.4%,色度去除率为 82%。 经技术经济分析,此方案投资总额 457 万元,废水处理成本为1.53元/ m3, 有着良好的经济效益和社会效益。且节约用地、提高绿化、降低能耗的理念在设 计中得到充分的实践,符合新时代环保的要求。 关键词: 制革废水 混凝沉淀 接触氧化 格栅 初沉池 调节池 混凝沉淀池 接触氧化池 二沉池 集泥井 污泥浓缩池 脱水间 泵房 污泥外运 出水 制革废水 - II - Abstract The designing scale of waste water treatment plant is 3000 m3/d

It uses the contact oxidation process - coagulating sedimentation process to deal with the wastewater in tanning indu

After technical and economic analyzing, the investment amount of this project is 4.57million Yuan, and the cost of disposal of waste water is 1.53 Yuan/ m3. It not only gains good economic and social benefits, but also fully puts the ideas of saving land economically, improving virescence and reducing energy consuming into the practice while desi
