1、 I 全自动颗粒包装机的设计 摘 要 本文主要介绍了一种包装机械自动颗粒包装机的工作原理及其设计过程， 对其传 动系统的参数进行计算和传动部件的强度校核，对其整体外观、箱体以及支架进行合理 的改进。自动颗粒包装机主要适合于包装食品、茶叶、医药、化工等产品的松散状、无 粘性细小颗粒物品的小剂量自动包装。其包装材料为复合材料，在高温下粘合。 本机主要有横封机构、纵封机构、供料机构、剪切机构、传动机构及电器控制系统。 在本次设计中，我们的主要任务是对其传动系统的支架、整机的箱体进行改进，使其满 足设计要求，以达到所要求的生产效率。 本机的特点是能自动完成制袋，可调量杯计算、充填、打印日期、封合部位打
