2、mm,其典型产品为:Q235 2.0 1200,设计所生产的钢种是:碳素结构钢、优质碳素结构钢、低合金结构钢 。 此次设计本着高效、高附加值、环保、技术先进的原则,以设计任务书为基 础,市场发展需求为导向,同时参考借鉴国内外同类型热轧厂的相关资料,来进 行车间工艺设计。 本设计完成了对从原料到成品的整个热轧生产流程的设计,以年产量为基 础,结合产品的发展状况、市场前景分配产品产量。依次按顺序从制定产品方案 和金属平衡,到典型产品的工艺流程、制定压下制度、速度制度、温度制度等一 系列的轧制制度,再到轧机生产能力的校核,计算各项经济技术指标,绘制一车 间平面图。 关键词:板带钢;热轧;车间工艺设计
