1、 I 摘要 本设计主要研究了综采工作面采煤机、液压支架、刮板输送机的选型设计。 综合机械化采煤是指完成落煤、 装煤、 运煤以及顶板支护等一系列机械化的总称。 本设计中所研究的煤层为采高 2.8 米的中厚煤层,是较为常见的,所以选型较为 容易,采煤机型号的选择主要根据煤层硬度、厚度、倾角等因素来选取,选型后 还要计算采煤机的主要参数,采高、截深、生产力、牵引速度、牵引力、截割速 度、装机功率。本设计中选用了 MG160/375-W 采煤机,本采煤机在我国使用较 为普遍。 在运输方面本设计选用了跟MG160/375-W配套SGB-764/320 型输送机, 并对输送机的输送能力以及刮板链的强度进行
