2、。接着文章介绍了当前世界上普遍采用的几种控制方法, 包括传统 PID 控制方法、大林控制算法、史密斯预估控制算法。并通过比较,分析了 各种控制方法的优缺点。文章分别通过采用 PID 控制算法和大林算法对退火炉系统进 行软件仿真,并对仿真图像进行计较,通过比较发现传统 PID 控制方法在解决带有纯 滞后特性的控制系统时很难实现很好的控制,系统的超调量很大,系统的调节时间较 长,总体动静态特性都不是很好。而采用大林算法进行控制,系统有很好的响应曲线, 系统可以实现无超调,而且可以保证在有限步内就可以对被控对象实现无误差控制, 系统的动静态特性可以得到合理的配置。最后文章又就大林算法的参数失配情况进
