1、 装 订 线 自动剪板机设计自动剪板机设计 摘要 本文设计了一台自动剪板机,此剪切机用于剪切厚为 0.20.3mm,最大宽度 为 2000 毫米的板带,裁剪的钢板规格为 1m2m3mm.剪断时间小于 10s,重点就剪 板机压紧装置、 放料装置、 剪板机结构进行了设计, 在设计中通过对比国内外剪板机, 力求设计出结构简单,操作方便,同时经济、合理的剪板机,具体设计思路上:利用 液压系统控制刀架,大大减少了剪切的时间并且提高了剪切精度,采用自动送料机构 以提高剪板机的自动化性能。近年来,随着模具技术和冲压技术的发展,剪板机的应 用范围在不断地扩大,数量在不断地增加,预计不久的将来,剪板机在冲压用剪
