2、剪力 墙结构。住宅楼共计 16 层，层高 2.8 米。 本次住宅楼设计充分考虑到通风采光以及满足不同住户的使用面积要求，一梯两 户，每个单元都是两种不同的户型，并且每个户型都采用南北通透式设计，在整体设计 上突出简洁，舒适的设计要素。 本次毕设主体部分是结构设计，设计内容包括剪力墙等效刚度计算，荷载计算，内 力组合，结构构件配筋计算，基础设计等部分。在结构设计中，遵循规范要求，严格比 对计算结果，满足构造要求，最后通过 PKPM 电算验算结构合格。 关键词：剪力墙结构；等效刚度；内力组合；配筋计算；基础设计 II ABSTRACT This project, the no.1 resident
3、ial building in Happy Home Community in Yuhua district, Hunan province, due to its sightseeing and comfort demand, shear wall structure was adopted. Among the structure, common sheer wall structure is adopted in stairs and elevators, short limb sheer wall structure is adopted in other load bearing w
4、alls. The residential building has 16 floors, each of them is 2.8 meters high. Ventilation and lighting conditions and the different usable area needs from residents are fully considered during the design of this building. Two households share one elevator, and each of the units are different house
5、type. Every house type adopts penetrating design, which highlights design elements of concise and comfort. This graduation design mainly is about structure design, which includes the calculation of sheer wall equivalent stiffness, loads, internal force, combination of internal force, structural rein
6、forcement and pile foundation design. The calculation during the structural design must follow the guide of building codes to meet the requirements of construction, and finally, check if the structure is qualified through the calculation of PKPM software.
