1、 1 摘摘 要要 框架结构具有结构性能良好、施工方便、造价低廉、空间利用率高等突出优点,许多 城市普遍兴建了各种类型的框架建筑。经过长期的实践应用,该项技术较为成熟。该项技 术的研究在国外的发展较之国内要早,所以在有些方面要领先于国内, 学校建筑的各项建筑指标都比较高,如防火等级、抗震防裂度,还有结构构造方面等, 而框架结构建筑的空间分隔灵活,自重轻,有利于抗震,节省材料,利于安排需要较大空 间的建筑结构,框架结构的梁、柱构件易于标准化,定型化,便于装配整体式结构,以缩 短工期,采用现浇混凝土框架时,结构的整体性,刚度较好,设计处理好能达到较好的抗 震效果。因此现代学校主体大都采用框架结构,或
