2、津某商住楼三至十七层的住宅进行低温热水地板辐射采暖的系统 设计。首先对低温热水地板辐射采暖国内外现状、优缺点、传热特点和铺设方式进行 了分析，得出了这是一种舒适节能的采暖方式。再对住宅楼进行采暖热负荷计算，由 于地板辐射采暖室内实感温度高于设计温度，所以计算时采用相应降低室内计算温度 的方法，满足节能要求。在管道铺设方面，选择了交聚乙烯管道双回形铺设的方式。 这种铺设方式地板表面的均匀，满足了舒适性要求。最后，在各户安装温控阀和热计 量表，对各户房间进行温度控制和热计量。 总之，地板采暖是一种既古老又崭新，既舒适又节能的供暖方式。 关键词：供暖工程；热舒适；节能；分户计量 3 Abstract

The floor heating system is a kind of system ensuring good comfort and energy efficiency in comparison with the others. First, this paper a
6、nalyzes the present conditions, evolution, advantages, disadvantages, the features in heat transfer and tubing. Second, it calculates the heat load of the housing building. Perceived room temperature exceeds the designed temperature of floor panel heating, so the floor heating has the differences in indoor thermal comfort from that of other heating modes on the basis of thermal comfort theories.
