1、 摘 要 我国的 GSM 网络正在迅速的发展， 随着国民经济的提高， 用户对移动网络性能的要 求已经越来越高，目前我国通信行业面临的最大问题是城市通信热点的增多，以及实现 农村的全面覆盖，所以提高网络运营质量是行业发展的趋势，对网络进行优化工作应运 而生。 本文旨在研究 GSM 网络优化的手段和方法， 以及在实际工作中遇到网络问题的解决 方法和改进机制，通过实例呈现论述个别地段网络优化工作的具体操作流程。 通过测试天线发射功率技术来控制网络覆盖范围，根据簇的划分合理规划每个小区 的频率大小，配合后台工作，避免出现同频和邻频干扰。通过测试网内切换参数、3-2G 切换参数、小区重选参数等技术合理调
