2、。财务风险客观存在于中小企业财务管理工作的各个环节， 对企业的生产经营产生了重大影响。随着市场经济的快速发展，企业面临的经 济环境变化的越来越快，也越来越复杂，企业经营的财务风险逐渐加大。因此， 对财务风险成因及其防范进行研究，以降低风险、提高效益，具有十分重要的 意义。由此可看出财务风险管理有利于提高中小企业的管理水平，规范财务活 动，确保资金的安全和完整，能为企业的发展创造健康稳定的经济环境。 本文以诸暨市中小企业为研究对象，在诸暨市抽取60家中小企业进行问卷 调查。通过整理结合描述统计的方法，探寻诸暨市中小企业财务风险管理的特 点和不足，并从这两方面提出完善诸暨市中小企业财务风险管理的相
