3、，具 有这个年龄阶段特有的性格特征，把握好这个阶段学生的特点，实行行之有效 的班级管理，是做好教育教学工作的重要基础。那么，目前小学班级管理的现 状如何，班级管理者是否了解这一群体的特殊性，是否开展了有针对性、有意 义的班级管理工作，这些管理方法是否有效，带着这些问题，作者进行了研究。 本文通过借鉴国内外专家学者关于班级管理问题研究的成果， 利用文献综述法、 调查法，找出了班级管理存在的问题，并根据小学生身心发展的特点提出了相 关对策和建议。 关键词：小学；班主任；班级管理；问题；策略 2 ABSTRACT Pupils are a special group.
