2、化经营的中小企业因对于风险缺乏 足够的认识而导致经营失败。本文的主要研究对象是我国中小企业如何开展国际 化经营。本章在分析中小企业国际化经营的理论,若干国家的时间经验,以及我 国中小企业国际化经营的意义、条件与现状的基础上,提出我国中小企业国际化 经营的宏观和微观策略。我国中小企业国际化经营在近几年得到了较快的发展, 对我国经济增长、技术进步和产业升级、以及创造就业机会作出了很大的贡献, 但总体上还处于初级阶段,还存在不少问题 关键词:企业,国际化,策略,问题 ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT With the deepening of economic globalization a
