1、 【摘要】【摘要】 近年来，我国经济持续快速的增长，对外贸易增长十分迅速,对外出口持续顺 差。中国的产品由于拥有丰富的劳动力和原材料，成本较低，在竞争中具有明显 优势。但中国产品也因此遭受众多国家的反倾销调查。各国对我出口产品的频频 反倾销已经构成了对我国经贸发展的实质性障碍。发达国家是对华反倾销指控的 主要成员，而在这些发达国家中，是以欧盟为主的。国外对我国发起的反倾销案 件出现逐步扩大的趋势。对我国经济造成了严重的危害，使我国成为国际反倾销 的严重受害国。因此，我国企业如何应对日益严重的对华反倾销是我们面临的一 个紧迫问题，而对这一问题进行深入的研究不仅是要为出口企业挽回经济损失， 更应被
