1、 1 中国区域经济增长的差异性分析中国区域经济增长的差异性分析 摘 要 改革开放以来，我国经济高速发展的同时，地区间经济差异与非均衡经济增 长越来越显著，这已影响到我国经济的长期可持续性发展。本文试图在现有理论 研究成果的基础上，采用稳态的经济增长模型对我国 19782005 年间区域经济 差异与经济增长的差异性从实证角度予以分析和研究， 并探讨了我国区域经济增 长差异产生的原因与地区经济增长的主要源泉。实证分析表明，增长速度的快慢 不因区位因素而异，地区因素对各地人均 GDP 的增长没有显著性影响；全社会 固定资产投资仍然是推动经济增长的主要力量，技术进步对 GDP 增长的贡献比 率逐年增大
2、。由此笔者得出本文结论：地区创新能力与市场化程度是推动转轨时 期中国经济增长的最主要的源泉，也是造成各地区经济增长差异的主要原因所 在，而区位只是次要因素。 关键词：经济增长 区域差异 技术进步 2 An Study on the difference of Chinas regional economy Abstract After the implement of reform and opening-up policy, there has been a significant growth in our domestic economy. However, as we keep our

Key words： Economic Growth Economic Differences Regional economic difference Technician Improve 3 一、一、导导 论论 中国 20 多年经济改革所取得的绩效已经被很多人视为“中国的奇迹” ，而近 些年来出现的一些地区间差距的扩大迹象， 正在成为理论研究者和政策制定者们 注意的焦点。与此相平行的是，大多数对中国经济体制改革成果或问题的早期研 究，一般是将中国经济视为一个同质的整体，而近来的理论研究则越来越注重各 个地区之间的差距。 地区差距是指经济、 社会以及影响经济和社会发展的各方面要素差距组成的 “集合体” （ 涅克拉索夫，1978） ，即地区间社会经济综合实力水平的差距。在 经济学研究中，衡量地区差距的指标，主要集中在人均或者劳均 GDP、GNP、 人均收入、人均消费等，少数研究中也涉及其他一些社会指标，如平均受教育年 龄、人均卫生支出，有的甚至构造了系统的指标体系。本文关注的核心是各地经 济增长水平的差距及其形成原
