2、系统，提高学院科研管理能力是我们需 要深入探讨和解决的一个重要课题。 针对我院近年来科研管理的实际情况，开发了基于 Web 环境的科研管理系 统，使学校的科研管理工作能够快速、方便、准确、安全地得以实现，从而保障 高校科研管理科学化、规范化和高效化。 首先以数据库访问技术为线索，分析了当前常用的数据库访问技术、Web 数 据库系统实现技术，重点对 ADO.NET 技术进行了分析和研究，提出了数据库访 问优化的方法。然后综合运用计算机网络、信息管理系统思想和软件工程设计思 想对科研管理系统进行了需求分析、可行性分析、功能模块 设计，功能详细设 计、确定了系统的实现技术方案,并进一步重点分析了系统
3、实现的关键技术和系 统性能优化的解决方案。运用面向对象的编程思想，使用 ASP.NET 实现技术和 SQL Server 2000 数据库来实现科研管理系统。 该系统的主要模块有科研项目管理、项目申报、项目系校审核、科研成果管 理、科研成果审核管理、项目成果统计管理、学校机构管理、全校师生成果共享、 公告信息发布管理、教师学生互选模块、登录模块、成果附件管理等。该系统的 功能贯穿了科研管理全过程，为学校学生、教师、系科研秘书、系主任、科研处 管理人员等在科研信息申报、获取、处理、反馈等方面提供了很大的方便，推动 了学校科研管理信息化进程，极大地提高了我院科研管理的能力和效率。 关键词：关键词：

Targeting at the actual situation our management research,we have developed the Web_based environmental research management system,which makes the school management fast,convenient,accurate and safe.
