2、据 库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。 对于前者要求建立起数据一 致性和完整性强、数据安全性好的库。而对于后者则要求应用程序功能完备,易 使用等特点。 因此本人通过对小区物业管理的调查、 了解后， 对MS SQL Server2000 数据库管理系统、SQL 语言原理、Java 进行了较深入的学习和应用，主要完成对 小区物业的以下几个项目的管理：住户管理、住户投诉管理、住户报修管理、物 业设备维修管理、停车场管理、物业收费项目管理、物业收费管理。系统运行结 果证明，本系统能够基本满足住户、小区工作人员以及管理员三方的需要。 关键词关键词: SQL 语言原理；物业；物业管理；信息系统

It includes the following management items: the management of the residents, the management of residents request, the management of repairing equipment, the management of parking lot and the management of commission.
