1、 摘 要 随着社会主义现代化进程的加快和社会主义和谐社会的全面构建， 教育领域 的公平问题也越来越受到人们的重视，同时，农民工子女这一弱势群体的受教育 权也逐渐进入大众的视野继而被广泛关注， 并由此展开了对如何保护农民工子女 的受教育权的探讨。农民工子女受教育权的现状堪忧，他们在就学机会、入学途 径和升学过程方面存在着不平等， 然而造成农民工子女受教育权不平等的原因主 要包括法律层面的原因和社会方面的原因。农民工子女也是祖国的未来，但他们 的受教育状况令人堪忧，这不仅会影响我国实现教育公平，也不利于我国构建社 会主义和谐社会。本人认为要完善我国的法律体系，加快户籍制度的改革，扩充 教育经费以及
