2、的具体影响，通过制定合适的库存控制 策略，使企业在降低服务成本的同时为客户提供优质的服务。 本文首先分析图书行业的运营模式，然后具体分析退货物流的内涵、分类及 其特点，进一步讨论允许退货对不同运营模式下图书物流产生的影响。第三章则 阐述了图书库存控制系统的组成要素，对图书库存问题进行分类，研究不同经营 模式下图书库存的管理办法和讨论允许退货对图书库存管理策略的影响。 最后比 较了全部用现有库存去满足顾客需求和采用直达运输满足顾客需求两种模型， 分 析其参数对两种策略的影响。 结果发现当退货较少时企业更倾向于用库存去满足 顾客需求，而当库存变得较多时，企业则会选择直达运输的方式。 关键词：关键词
