1、 第 I 页 4900KN 冷剪机设计 摘 要 冷剪机是在冶金工业中经常用来对轧件进行切头、切尾或者切定尺的机械设备。作 为剪切机械中的一种，冷剪机在冶金、航空、国防工业，以及印刷等轻工业均有广泛的 应用。早期的冷剪机由于结构比较笨重而且没有快速换刀装置，导致生产效率比较低， 产品的质量也不高。为此，我们设计了结构更为紧凑的曲柄连杆上切式斜刃剪切机。该 剪切机主要包括剪切部分及传动部分。剪切部分采用上切式斜刃刀片的剪切方式，大大 降低了剪切力。传动部分采用电机通过联轴器带动减速器代替原来的带传动，避免了由 于弹性滑动带来的功率损失，采用圆盘式摩擦离合器控制减速器与开式齿轮之间的离 合，通过曲轴
