2、简单的介 绍了一些关于汽车起重机的基本情况;然后整体分析了汽车起重机液压回路中 各个功能回路的情况,选择其中的变幅回路和升降回路对其进行动、静态分析 并查询设计手册选择了合适的液压元件,使动画仿真更真实更贴近实际应用同 时也巩固了笔者对于液压传动这门课程的掌握;最后笔者按照自己制作动画的 过程将动画的制作方法做了详尽的说明。 关键词关键词 :Q2-8、汽车起重机、液压回路、分析、Flash、仿真 Abstract II The analysis and simulation of the hydraulic circuit of truck crane Q2-8 Abstract Hydrau

Focus on this problem, the author puts forward the idear of using Flash to simulate the motion of Hydraulic circuit. Based on the powerful interactive functio
4、n of AS3.0, the author try to show the working principle of Hydraulic system vividly and finally try to provide a product which is easy to use for learns of this course. In this paper, the hydraulic circuit of truck crane Q2-8 was choosed. The author firstly simply intrduce some basic information of
5、 the truck crane Q2-8. Then analyzed the situation of every part of hydraulic circuit of all functional circuits. Luffing loop and lifting loop was choosed to be analyzed in detail , The autor give out the static and dynamic analysis of the two circuits ahead. And then choose the right hydraulic com
6、ponents of the circuits according to the design manual. In this way, the simulation work become more close to real application, the author also consolidate the mastery of this course at the same time. Finally, the author introduce the method to make the animation combine the process that i make this animation.
