1、 1500m 3 丙烯球罐设计 摘要 本文首先对球形储罐的特点、发展概况和结构形式进行了简单的介绍,然后 对目前国内外对球形储罐的研究水平进行了研究, 发现目前国内的研究水平和国 外相比还是有一定的差距。对球形储罐设计的意义在于:通常球罐作为大容量、 有压存储容器,在各工业部门中作为液化石油气(LPG) 、液化天然气(LNG) 、液 氨、液氧、液氢、液氮及其他中间介质的贮存,也作为压缩空气、压缩气体(氧 气、氮气、城市煤气)的贮存;在原子能工业中球罐还作为安全壳(分割辐 射和无辐射去的大型球壳)使用,总之随着工业的发展,球罐的使用范围也越来 越广泛。但是目前限制球罐向大型化发展的主要因素有:设
2、计制造规范、球罐用 钢、球罐现场组装和焊接问题、球罐现场热处理、球壳板尺寸精度,因此对球罐 的结构和材料的选用提出了新的要求。 本文主要针对球罐的上支柱连接结构进行 了相应的改进,把 U 形柱结构型式支柱改为长圆形结构型式支柱,在球罐施焊过 程中和球罐受力方面到得了优化。 关键词关键词:球形储罐 应用范围 大型化 支柱结构 Design of 1500m3 Propylene Spherical Tank Abstract First, the characteristics, development of the survey and structural of the Spherical
