1、 1 五槽全自动超声波清洗机 摘摘 要要 本套清洗系统，采用 Mitsubishi（三菱）FX2N-64MR 可编程控制器（PLC） 为主控器，威伦 MT6070iH 型触摸屏为辅助操作界面，两者之间采用 RS485（串 行）通讯，设计出了一套可手/自动运行的集超声波、喷淋、鼓泡、烘干为一体 的全自动清洗机。其工位转换运用了减速电机和气缸相结合的方式，进行了优势 互补。各种传感器：温度（Pt100） 、电感（Autonnics PRCML18-5DN） 、行程 开关的加入为系统的正常运转提供了保障。并且还有次级控制器：变频器 （OMRON 3G3JZ-A4007） 、温度控制仪（OMRON E
