1、摘摘 要要 供水是一个关系国计民生的重要产业。供水不仅要满足管网压力的需 要、保证充足供水，还要求水质明显提高。滤池是水厂常规处理净水构筑 物的最后一道工序，滤池运行的好坏直接影响到水厂的出水水质。滤池反 冲洗工艺复杂，如果仍然沿用人工方式，劳动强度大，工作效率低，安全 性难以保障，为此必须进行滤池自动化系统的改造。 本文从水厂滤池自动控制系统的控制要求和工艺特点出发，设计出了 一套基于 ControlLogix 硬件和软件系统的水厂滤池自动控制系统。在滤池 正常过滤时，为实现恒水位过滤，设计了以出水流量为控制参数的滤池液 位 PID 控制系统。而在系统接收到反冲洗信号时，本系统在设计上就主控

According to requirements of the designed control system, the selection of hardware devices, hardware configuration, I/O module wiring diagram, procedures for the realization of control algorithm have been accomplished.
