2、基础上,选择了基于单片机的超声波车用钢板测厚系统进行了重点研究。 所设计的测厚系统采用超声波脉冲回波法对钢板厚度进行测量,具有结构简单、 操作方便等优点。测厚系统的硬件与软件设计是本课题的重点。其中硬件设计部 分包括 STC89C52 模块、超声波发射与接收模块、独立按键模块、温度补偿模块 和电源模块。软件设计部分采用 C 语言编写软件程序,程序包括主程序部分、计 数器部分、键盘部分和温度补偿部分。 关键词:超声波;单片机;测厚 Design of an Ultrasonic Automotive Steel Plate Thickness Measurement System Based o
