1、 ii 沈阳 xx 建设集团办公楼设计 摘 要 本设计题目为沈阳 xx 建设集团办公楼设计。建筑位于辽宁省沈阳市市内，由市规 划局批准拟建。 建筑做北朝南， 建筑的占地面积约为 845.64 2 m， 总建筑面积约为 8389.20 2 m。 本设计主要分为建筑设计、结构设计以及基础设计。建筑设计部分包括平面设计、 立面设计、剖面设计及相应的构件设计；结构设计部分包括结构计算模型的选取、荷载 计算、内力计算、构件设计及相应的配筋图；基础设计包括基础承载力的验算及基础变 形的验算。 建筑设计根据国家标准、规范、规程等的要求，考虑防火、抗震、通风、采光要求 结合建筑的实用性、经济性、美观等方面的要
2、求，从拟定的若干方案中选出该办公楼的 设计方案。建筑共 10 层，底层高度为 3.9 米，其它层高度为 3.6 米，女儿墙高度为 0.9 米，建筑总高度为 37.2 米。建筑物的长度为 52.2 米，宽度为 16.2 米。建筑立面规整， 墙采用加气混凝土砌块砌筑。窗全采用塑钢窗，其中，门窗独立卫生间采用玻璃门，公 共卫生间采用木制门，楼梯间采用防火门，工作室、会议室和标准间采用防盗门。 结构设计方面，工程的结构形式为钢筋混凝土框架结构，整体现浇施工。柱的混凝 土强度等级采用 C40，梁的混凝土强度等级采用 C30。框架柱截面尺寸：底层为 600mm600mm ， 其 他 层500mm500mm
3、 。 框 架 梁 截 面 为300mm600mm 和 300mm400mm。基础 A、D 柱下采用矩形独立基础，B、C 柱下采用双柱联合基础，混 凝土强度等级为 C40。 结构设计按横向框架承载进行分析， 采用 D 值法计算水平地震作用和风荷载作用下 框架的顶点位移和内力；采用分层法计算竖向荷载作用下的框架内力，并考虑地震、风 的影响进行内力组合。在此基础上，进行一榀框架梁、柱的配筋设计计算。同时对结构 方案中的楼板、楼梯和基础等进行受力分析和配筋计算。雨棚采用钢化玻璃雨棚，通风 使用新风系统。 本设计的图纸全部采用计算机辅助设计（AutoCAD2014） 。 关键词：框架结构，建筑设计， D
