1、摘要 摘要 计算机软件技术的普及与发展带来了 ERP 软件的飞速发展， 如何在资源散布 的情况下处理好彼此间的关系，如何调整自身的应变机制，灵活地适应环境的变 化，如何在纷杂的资源中正确快速的提取有用的信息，这些都是企业要求 ERP 软 件能够实现的功能。当然，目前市场上也有比较成熟的 ERP 软件，比如 SAP R/3， 金蝶系列的 ERP 软件，用友等等，这些都是功能比较强大，使用起来相对稳定的 被大家认同的 ERP 软件，但是它们也不是非常完善的，并不是公司买来安装后就 可以很好投入使用的，这就提出了另外一个问题：ERP 软件的二次开发。本文讨 论了 ERP 软件的二次开发：即从数据库的
