1、 I 摘 要 一些园林建筑、大型公共建筑以及旅游建筑设计中，设计者经常将喷泉以一 种艺术形式融合在建筑物中，给人以自然之美与艺术感。当音乐播放时（包括音 乐的曲调和音乐的声音大小） ，喷头有规律的喷水，彩灯有规律的亮灭（达到白 天时灯不亮，夜晚时灯有规律的亮与灭） 。 本系统是一个小型音乐喷泉控制系统,它以 PLC 为控制核心，变频器控制水 柱高度，以音频采集为基础，同时 PLC 程序控制灯光的亮灭和颜色的变化。本系 统选用 SIEMENS 公司的 S7-200 PLC 为控制核心，选用 MicroMaster 440（简称 MM440）变频器控制水泵高度，达到喷泉的立体效果随音乐变换而变化。
2、 本系统主要包括 PLC 的选型（CPU226） 、PLC 的扩展模块（EM222） 、I/O 地址 的分配、输入输出接口的连接和梯形图的绘制，梯形图绘制是重点，同时着重介 绍了 MM440 变频器的变频原理、参数设置和变频器与 PLC 和电动机的接口连接。 系统设计完成后，能够达到中心、内圈、外圈共三圈喷头喷水，变频器控制 内圈喷头改变水柱高度，PLC 控制余下喷头有序启动停止，同时夜晚有三层灯光 变幻，能够实时展现音乐的动态美。 关键词：音乐喷泉,控制系统，可编程控制器，梯形图，变频器 II ABSTRACT In a number of landscape architecture, t
