2、，通过生产流程优化，能够提高产能、减少浪费、降低库存，最终提 升劳动生产率来增加企业的利润，增强企业在同行业的竞争力。本文以工业工程的基 本理论为背景，着重把IE方法中的流程分析、流水线平衡、5S管理、设施规划等思想 运用到H发动机公司的生产现场管理优化当中。在整合工业工程和发动机生产现场实 际情况的基础上，提出了对发动机生产管理现场优化的研究。 本文首先对H发动机公司各生产车间的布局的现状进行了分析，通过运用布局优 化、与SLP等技术对各车间进行了重新布局；其次是针对M系列发动机的装配生产线现 状，分析生产流程中存在的瓶颈问题。指出造成制约产能的可能原因，根据分析的结 果运用工业工程中的工作
