2、业的生产经营和经济效益影响很大。因此， 研究瓶装水企业的生产与配送管理具有十分重要的意义。 本论文以 HD 矿泉水有限公司作为研究对象，试图通过对其在生产和配送管理现状方 面进行的研究和分析，发现其在生产效率、人工与配送管理流程等方面存在的问题，并分 别进行研究分析。针对这些问题，利用工业工程中的一些科学方法，优化、解决瓶装水公 司在生产与配送管理中所遇到的问题，提出有效的公司生产和配送管理的改进对策和措施， 帮助企业树立全新的生产与配送管理方式，提高生产与配送管理水平，增强企业竞争力。 针对公司生产过程中存在的问题，应用工业工程理论进行分析，并提出改善方向。 关键词：关键词：工业工程；瓶装水
