2、的信息社会，随着信息的不断增长和企业对信息的要求，信息管理技术随 之出现。本论文就是以 Delphi7.0 为前台和 ACCESS2003 为后台等软件作为开发 工具，以各种单位机构为对象，开发一个从某种程度上能满足与中小型机构相类 似对人事信息管理的要求的“人事/工资/考勤管理信息系统” 。本系统具有数据管 理和企业事务管理功能。使用该系统，可以方便地进行新进企业员工的编制，考 勤的自动化以及对员工培训的管理。快捷地查询公司员工的情况，方便企业高层 领导对本企业人力资源的现状有个比较全面的认识， 也方便他们的管理和人员调 动，可辅助企业领导决策科学化，从而大大减少了工作量，提高了工作效率。本
