1、毕业设计(论文) 1 摘摘 要要 低温热水地板辐射采暖技术具有经济、节能、舒适等一系列优越性, 所以很快就被人们接受而得到迅速推广。它不仅被大量应用于饭店、商场、 展览馆、体育馆等大型公共建筑,而且已经普及到住宅,甚至开始使用在 大型室外地坪和道路化雪、四季常绿草坪、饲养场以及农业种植大棚等项 目。PEX管材低温地板辐射供暖是随着化学工业的飞速发展于八十年代中 期在国外首先推出的一项新型实用技术。我国在八十年代末到九十年代初, 从国外引进了低温热水采暖技术,并在很多重大工程中得到了成功的应用。 本次毕业设计的任务是烟台市某办公综合楼供热系统施工设计及小区 换热站施工设计。建筑物的高度是36.9
2、m,建筑面积大约为4290。本次设 计采用低温热水地板辐射的采暖方式,供回水温度为40/30,供热系统采 用异程系统,供水方式采用下供下回的双管系统,室内盘管的敷设形式采 用回字形和S形组合方式。小区采用换热站供热,各设备按照小区供热管网 所需压力和流量进行选型。用外网130的高温热水将小区70回水加热到 95,其中换热器单台换热量为2800KW,总换热量为5600KW。 关键词关键词 :低温热水地板辐射采暖 异程 双管系统 换热站 选型 毕业设计(论文) 2 ABSTRACT Because of a series of advantages such as economy, energy

PEX pipe with low- temperature radiant floor heating is a new practical technology that was introduced by foreign countries in the middle 1980s with the development of the chemical industry. In the late eighties and early nineties, China introduced from abroad the
5、 low-temperature hot water heating technology and successfully applied it in many projects. This graduate design mission is the Office Building of Yantai,which is a mixed-used one,to transact the mansion heating system design . The height of the building is 36.9 m and the building area is about 4290
6、 m2. This design introduced the system of the low-temperture hot-water radiant floor heating. The temperature of the supply and return water are 40/30. The heating system adopts different-process two-pipe system. The hot water supplied from the downside and returned from the upside. A heat transfer stand supplys heat for the district. Two refled tube heat exchanger are used. The high-temperture-hot-water suppled by the outer net gives heat to the return water from the district. KEYWOR
