1、- 1 - 摘要摘要 本次设计的题目是设计一条日产 5000t/d 水泥熟料生产线。水泥品种是 P.O52.5 和 P.F42.5 各占 50%。 本次设计的主要内容包括： 1 厂址选择和配料计算 2 生产过程和主机选型 3 计算和确定带悬浮预热器的新型回转窑和悬浮预热器的型号及规格，以及窑尾气 体平衡的计算，同时还编写了全厂工艺流程概述、全厂质量控制表和本次毕业设计的 评述及展望。 4 最后设计了整个水泥厂的工艺布局。 在本次设计中，还采用了一些新的工艺技术，例如：高效率立式磨和高效选粉机等。 本次设计采用了利用窑尾废气预热生料和粉煤灰的有效方法来降低系统热耗，把篦冷 机出来的多余热气体作为
