2、在工业生产过程中得到了广泛的应用，其组成 的控制系统可以很好地解决上述这些问题。 本论文通过论述电梯控制系统的组成，阐述 PLC 在电梯控制中的应用，采用松下 PLC 编 程的程序控制方式，提出了五层电梯 PLC 控制系统的总体设计方案、设计过程和组成，并列出 了主要硬件电路、电梯的控制梯形图以及指令表。同时给出了系统组成框图和程序流程图，在 分析、处理随机信号的逻辑关系的基础上，提出了具体的 PLC 编程方法，设计了一套完善的方 案关于电梯控制系统。采用此案实现电梯的控制，可以解决传统电梯控制系统的缺点，因而使 运行更加安全、方便、舒适。 关键词关键词：电梯；PLC；梯形图；电梯控制 II
