1、 摘摘 要要 在很长一段时间内， 工程建设概预算定额管理制度曾经对工程造价的确定和 控制起过积极有效的作用。但进入市场经济后，我国的经济体制开始改革、对外 经济开放与国际经济的接轨， 使概预算定额管理制度与市场经济的发展越来越不 相适应。为适应新的形势提出了全新的工程量清单计价模式，工程量清单表达了 工程的分部分项工程项目、措施项目、其他项目的名称和相应的数量。四川理工 学院研究生公寓二号楼根据工程量清单计价规范的要求计算土建工程项目、 装饰 工程项目、措施项目的工程量，编制工程量清单，并利用 2004 年四川省建设 工程工程量清单计价定额及清单计价软件计算综合单价，最后汇总单位工程、 单项工
