1、 I 2.4x11 中心传动球磨机滑履轴承支承设计 摘 要 球磨机在建材行业应用广泛,是目前工业上广泛使用的细磨机械。磨机能粉 末各种硬度的物料,在矿场和发电厂均有应用。球磨机不但在建材工业中广泛应 用,而且在冶金、选矿、化工、电力等工业中也广泛采用. 作为粉磨设备的球磨机,目前一般采用滑动轴承作为主轴承,它比传统的支 承方式相比具有很大的优势。轴承衬采用巴氏合金,引起具有良好的摩擦相容性、 顺应性和嵌入性,非常适合像球磨机这样的重载、低速,并伴有冲击现象的机械 设备的要求,因此在生产中已被广泛使用。 关于滑履支承,国外早以在磨机上采用。我国江南水泥厂湿法生料磨机已在进料 端采用该支撑方式。由
