In this paper, we first dicussed the development of mine personnel positioning technology at home and abroad , and compared the advantages and disadvantages of them. Then we put forwar
4、d the idea of the design of positioning system, and analysised its working principle and. During the process of design we submit the system into some models and design the system form three sub-systems.In the process we focused on the issue of underground wireless communication, and select the RFID
5、(radio frequency identification) for underground wireless communications program. To solve the problem of communication with the ground we select the CAN bus technology,which was technologically advanced and has reliable performance. In designsing of the monitoring on the ground side, we use the GIS(Geographic Information System) combined with the currentthe new technology to monitor the situation of underground and pit the real-time display.
