1、 毕业设计 课题名称:电信运营支撑系统 院 系: 计算机工程系 专 业: 软件工程 班 级: 计 Y051 班 学生姓名: 学 号: 指导教师: 2009 年 5 月 20 日 摘要摘要 本系统实现的是一个电信业务运营的支撑系统，为上网用户的管理提供支撑，主要针对 帐务信息和帐单信息进行计费、查询等功能；为营业员和用户提供网上服务，确保有效提高 营业的效率。该系统还提供用户注册、修改信息、在线订单等功能，为电信业务拓展网络市 场提供服务。系统包含三个模块，主要包括采集系统、整合系统和 WEB 模块，其中 WEB 模块又分有：用户管理系统、资费管理系统、管理员管理系统、帐单查询系统、帐务查询系
2、统、用户自服务系统、权限管理系统七个小模块。 具体实现过程包括:采集系统对数据进行采集，然后将数据存入数据库，一但采集失败 则进行备份并书写日志信息；整合系统按照一定的时间对数据库中的数据进行整合，具体分 为三种方式：按每个小时整合一次、每天整合一次、每月整合一次，并将整合好的数据分别 存入特定的数据库表； Web 模块主要是用于和客户及营业员进行交互,本人负责帐务查询系 统，此系统用于查询各个服务器的年、月、日的帐务信息；并产生对应的趋势分析图用于提 供给决策都作决策参考； 电信业务运营的支撑系统是典型的管理信息系统，其内容对于企业的决策者和管理者来 说都至关重要。此系统主要采用 SSH 框
