2、合理的浪费操作保证产品质量，降低成本，提高生产 效率，从而使企业获利。 生产效率的提高涉及方方面面，本文通过对 S企业某种产品的加工流程、现场 布局、人机匹配、动作优化等方面进行调查研究，在熟悉工厂的整个加工工艺流程 后，对产品进行细微的分析，找出问题所在，推行现场管理，即 5S管理，使资源得 以合理配置和使用，减少浪费；其次，实行生产流程程序改善，通过在作业现场采 集的数据，绘制流程程序图，改善后的生产流程大大缩短了产品的生产周期，减少 了操作工人的数量，并压缩了生产的使用空间；再次进行了人机操作分析，通过绘 制人机操作图，提高了机器的利用率，减少了空闲时间，使人机操作的分配更合理 化；对各
