1、 摘 要 21 世纪是一个信息时代,电子商务作为一种崭新的商务运作方式,给我们 提供了全新的商业交易管理的方法,并推动世界经济的发展。电子商务的优势之 一就是能大大简化业务流程、降低企业运输成本,而可靠和高效的物流运作是电 子商务成本优势的建立和持久的基础。 我国作为一个电子商务刚刚起步的发展中国家, 电子商务具有广阔的发展空 间和巨大的市场潜力,但是在高速发展的同时也存在一些问题,包括网络技术、 网上支付、政策法规、物流配送等,而物流配送是其中直接制约我国电子商务发 展的“瓶颈”问题。物流配送是电子商务的重要组成部分,是实现电子商务的重 要保证。缺乏物流配送模式的电子商务过程是不完整的,对于
2、涉足电子商务的企 业而言,不同的情况需要不同的物流配送决策,而物流配送决策中,组建物流配 送模式是首先应考虑和至关重要的。 本文根据物流配送、 电子商务等的基本理论, 从电子商务企业如何选择合适的物流模式的角度研究了电子商务物流。 我国电子 商务环境下物流配送模式主要包括自营物流模式、第三方物流模式、物流联盟模 式。而物流配送成本高、配送质量低、信息管理程度低和资源浪费严重是我国电 子商务物流配送的主要问题。本文从电子商务的起源与发展出发,总结了电子商 务理论、物流理论以及电子商务物流配送理论;并在这个基础上,分析了我国目 前电子商务物流配送的发展现状以及存在的主要问题。以淘宝网为例,从物流战
