3、学思想的不断更新，期望教育 对教育教学效果的作用与影响越来越受到社会各界的关注。本文通过问卷法、访 谈法、 观察法对兴义市 A 小学部分学生进行调查发现， 教师对学生普遍寄予希望， 学生通常能感知教师期望的存在，教师的期望与学生的学业成绩存在正相关关 系。从研究中看出，教师期望可以让学生充分发挥主体性，增加学生学习的趣味 性，促进学生向好的方面转变，教学质量得到了大大的提高。为此，提出重视教 师期望有效提升学业成绩的建议。 关键词：关键词：教师期望；期望效应；学业成绩 II Abstract With the deepening of educational theory research,
