1、 摘摘 要要 本论文通过对虚拟控制技术应用的深入研究,提出了一种基于通用控 制平台的虚拟控制对象设计。并对通用控制平台硬件配置和控制对象的实 现方法进行了全面的设计。 本论文对通用控制平台硬件电路的各功能模块进行了设计,各模块主 要从指标、结构组成、原理设计等几个部分展开。根据实际控制对象的信 号特点以及实验仿真的需要,运用模拟电子技术、数字电子技术和单片机 接口技术等知识,设计了模拟量输入模块、模拟量输出模块、数字量输入 模块、数字量输出模块、通信模块、人机接口模块、电源模块等。 基于硬件平台,选取了电子钟以及储液罐监控系统作为典型控制对象 进行了仿真。为了在设计的硬件平台上进行实验室仿真其
2、控制过程,设计 了控制器、控制对象和计算机组成为一套完整的仿真系统。 通过 Modbus 协议,实现与上位机的通信,通过 VB 与组态的 DDE 连 接将被控对象的仿真结果以动画的形式显示出来。 通过对基于通用控制平台的虚拟控制对象设计,能够方便的仿真出多 种实际的控制对象的工作过程,历史曲线等,不用采取复杂的物理模型, 不用进入到设备现场即可完成对这些典型控制对象的工作原理和工作过程 的认识。 关键词:关键词:通用控制平台 控制对象仿真 硬件电路 电子钟 储液罐 ABSTRACT This paper based on virtual control technology applied r
