1、 I 窗框异型材挤出机头设计 摘 要 塑料窗框具有传统窗框难以比拟的优异性能,是国家建设部推广使用的节能、 环保型产品。目前已广泛用于各种建筑工程中,其发展空间很大,前景十分看好。 本文是关于窗框异型材挤出机头的设计,设计主要包含两部分内容,一是 80 型推 拉框挤出机头和定型模的设计,二是窗框异型材原材料配方的设计。其中挤出机头 模具设计是该设计的重要内容,也是设计的难点。挤出机头模具的设计主要包括 机头各部件外形和尺寸的设计以及定型模的设计。定型模的设计主要包括定型模 腔的设计和定型模长度的设计。 原材料配方设计主要包括 PVC 树脂型号、 稳定剂、 改性剂、润滑剂、着色剂、加工助剂和填充
